Thanks for your interest in a wall commission, I hope we can make it happen! Here's all the information you need to know about my process and rates.

Wall Details: Please include size, the type of wall finish, a picture and the location.
Concept: Any references from my work that you like, or a general idea of what you have in mind.

Initial Quote: Once I have the information above, I can provide a rate, a quote, and an estimated timeline.
Agreement: If we agree on the cost and timeline, I’ll provide a final timeline (covering both the sketch and mural phases) and an invoice for a 50% deposit of the total cost.
Sketch & Feedback: After receiving the deposit, I’ll create a detailed sketch and color palette for your approval. One round of feedback is included to ensure it aligns with your vision. My sketches are highly detailed, so you’ll have a clear idea of the final product.
Production: Once the sketch is approved, I’ll move forward with creating your mural.

My mural rates for 2026 range from $45 to $65 per square foot, depending on the level of detail, wall conditions, and project requirements.
Minimum project fee: $5,500
For walls larger than 500sqft, we can discuss a reduced per-square-foot rate or a fixed project fee.
Prices include artist fees and sketch fees. paint and supplies may be included depending on the wall.
NOTE: Rental equipment (lifts, lights, or scaffolding) is not included and must be provided by the client if needed.
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, the balance is due at completion.
Optional: A sketch fee is available and credited toward the mural price if you proceed

Special rates may be available for larger or multiple murals. Let’s discuss!
If you have a fixed budget in mind, let me know. I’m happy to collaborate on creating something that fits within your budget.
I only create original artwork and cannot replicate designs by other artists.
Sketch fees are non-refundable (although I’ve never had a project cancellation :).
I’m available for projects in different cities. Or even countries!
My team includes one assistant for all mural projects.
